YouTube Partner program open to all
YouTube/Google announced on April 12, 2012 that anyone can monetize their videos (make money from ads). You must opt in your account and have at least one video enabled for advertising. To get paid, it is best to have a AdSense account. You must live in one of the following counties: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.
